This is a summary of task prioritization funnel explained by Dave Crenshaw. This is a simple but effective concept in prioritizing what to do.
Dave suggests sending all tasks you have to do through this funnel concept and decide what to do.

No, Never Again
These are the tasks that you never want to do , or see again. Or Zero value tasks. Eliminate it. A simple example would be setting a spam filter to a spam email , or get rid from a senseless internet argument
Perhaps, But not now
These are the tasks you have little commitment. can be nice ideas. keep these items in a review list without spending time on it. In my case it would be the example of my interest in creating resin crafts. I like to do it but never in to in because always there are more committed work. But this interest in it is a real distractor.
Yes, But not now
These are the tasks that have some value and some commitment, but dose not have a deadline in recent future. Postpone/ reschedule these tasks to the latest date you have to start thinking about it. Simple example will be you are thinking of a house renovation which you cant invest time in it because of a tight schedule in your office project. Postpone thinking about it to a feasible future date
Yes, But not anyone
These are the tasks of having a value but we can get rid of them by automating them using apps or systems etc... simple example would be paying insurance amount monthly via visa payment portal. This can be make a scheduled payment through bank and can get rid from repeating it.
Yes, But not me
These are the tasks that you can handover properly to a co-worker or handing over the task to someone who can perform that better than you. Funny example for this would be I'm hiring a graphic designer from fiverr to draw above graphic, rather than Im struggling to do that in Photoshop and ended up with such a ugly picture.
Yes, Me
These are the tasks filtered through above funnel; which has more value and sooner you have to complete.
